Ricky Hagger, 31 and James Packham, 20 charged with dealing drugs in Maidstone

Two men have been charged in connection with drug supply in Maidstone.
Ricky Hagger, 31, and James Packham, 20 were arrested in Westree Road at 3.05pm on Wednesday, October 18. A quantity of drugs believed to be heroin and cocaine was later seized.
Hagger of Mackenders Close, Eccles and Packham of Tonbridge Road, Maidstone were jointly charged today with possession of heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply.
Hagger was also charged with driving a motor vehicle dangerously and driving without insurance.
Both men were remanded in custody to next appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Friday, November 17.
