Woman jailed after boyfriend's fire death

A WOMAN has been jailed for seven years for the manslaughter of her boyfriend, who died in a fire.
Kerrie Hogben, 32, admitted starting the fire which killed Matthew Thatcher at their home in Eccles, near Maidstone, during a fire strike in November 2002.
