A woman has been rescued from her car following a crash in Maidstone this afternoon.
Two fire engines went to Sutton Road at 12.40pm following the collision, which involved two cars.
They cut the roof off the car to release her, before she has handed over to the care of the ambulance service.
Her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Police closed the road at Wallis Avenue, causing delays along the main road, but it has now re-opened.
Firefighters were at the scene, at the junction of St Saviours Road, for 40 minutes.
It happened near the Morrisons supermarket where two young girls were struck by a lorry last month.
