The FA Cup will be on display at the Gallagher Stadium when Maidstone United meet Welling for a place in the first round on Saturday.
Supporters will be able to have their picture taken with the trophy ahead of the game which is expected to attract a sell-out crowd of almost 2,300.
The cup was last in town in 2002 when the BBC followed Stones' progress for a Road to Wembley feature on Football Focus, reporter Ivan Gaskill recording interviews at the site of the old London Road ground.
That season United reached the third qualifying round, losing 5-2 to Boreham Wood at Bourne Park.
