There's a Kent derby in the FA Cup fourth qualifying round after Dover drew National League rivals Bromley at Crabble.
Maidstone host Enfield of the Bostik Premier, with Ebbsfleet away to the winners of the East Thurrock v Harlow replay.
Folkestone must fancy their chances of reaching the first round for the first time since 2005 after drawing a trip to Southern League Premier Division outfit Slough.
Margate have the winnable tie boss Steve Watt wanted, pulling Bostik Premier rivals Leatherhead at home. The sides met in the league just a week ago, Gate winning 2-0.
Dartford's reward for beating Needham Market 6-1 is a trip to Burgess Hill of the Bostik Premier.
Darts beat the Sussex club at the same stage of the competition three years ago.
The ties will be played on the weekend of October 14, carrying prize money of £12,500.
