Maidstone United have signed midfielder James Rogers from Dover Athletic on a one-year contract.
The 29-year-old played with Stones boss Jay Saunders at Margate and is the club's fourth summer signing after Matt Bodkin, Jamie Coyle and Sonny Miles.
Rogers started last season in the Conference Premier with Dartford before joining Dover, where he won the Conference South play-offs earlier this month.
Stones manager Saunders said: "I see him more as a central midfielder but he can also do a job out wide or at left-back.
"He has a bit of everything, he's passionate, has a great left foot and is one those players who wants to win every game.
"He's had something like four promotions in seven years with Dover and Dartford and he wants to carry on winning things.
"I wasn't sure he'd want to do the travelling in the Conference, so I put the call in and it went from there."
