Margate have been knocked off the top of the Ryman League Premier Division after they suffered their first defeat of the season on Tuesday night.
Lewis Taylor put them in front away to Dulwich Hamlet but Lewis Gonsalves equalised for the home side and a 90th-minute strike from Laurent Hamici sunk the Gate.
That result meant Maidstone United's 2-0 win at AFC Hornchurch took them top of the league.
First-half goals from Frannie Collin and Alex Flisher won the game for the Stones, who are now two points ahead of their Kent rivals.
Another late goal condemned Tonbridge Angels to a 2-1 defeat at Enfield. Billy Medlock cancelled out Corey Whitely's opener for the hosts but Taylor Hastings won the game in stoppage-time.
VCD Athletic made the long trip home from Bognor Regis Town empty-handed. Goals from Harvey Whyte and Ollie Pearce fired the Rocks to a 2-1 win, with Leigh Bremner on target for VCD.
In Division 1 North, Chatham Town have now gone four games without a win after they blew a two-goal lead at Ware. Kane Phillip and Ade Yusuff scored to put the Chats 2-0 up at half-time but the home side fought back to earn a 2-2 draw.
Cray Wanderers lost 2-1 at home to Maldon & Tiptree, the Wands goal scored by Adrian Stone.
The Kent derby in Division 1 South finished all-square. Stuart King gave Herne Bay the lead at Sittingbourne but a goal from Joe Nwoko meant it finished 1-1.
