Smart move pays off for biker Scott

KENT'S Scott Smart recorded his first ever British Superbike win after a thrilling manouvre on the final corner of the final lap at Mondello Park in Dublin.
The 27-year-old, from Wateringbury, near Maidstone, had clung on to the coat tails of series leader John Reynolds for most of Sunday's race and spotted his chance when Reynolds went wide going into the final bend.
Sneaking inside him, Smart beat Reynolds to the line by just 0.002 seconds to win the first of the two races held on Sunday.
Smart then managed third in the second race, to move into fourth place overall in the series.
