Maidstone have signed left-back Noah Chesmain from League 2 club Colchester.
Chesmain came through the youth ranks at Millwall, making one league appearance for the Lions, and had time on loan with Welling and Boreham Wood.
A move to Colchester followed last summer, with the 21-year-old going on loan to Hitchin and Hungerford.
He played in a trial game for Maidstone near the end of the season and has signed a one-year deal.
Chesmain said: "It feels wonderful to be here.
"I played in a trial match here towards the end of last season, and the management spoke to me after that and said they want players who are hungry and willing to do well with the club.
"I’m a left-back who likes to get up and down and create chances for the team and I feel like Maidstone provides the best opportunity for me going forward.”
