Welling have named Loui Fazakerley as their manager on a permanent basis.
Fazakerley has guided the Wings out of the Vanarama Conference relegation zone and to the brink of safety going into the final weekend of the season.
The announcement immediately ends any speculation that former Welling boss Jamie Day would be making a swift return to Park View Road after being sacked by Ebbsfleet on Tuesday afternoon.
Fazakerley said: "I would like to thank the board for putting their faith in us and giving us the opportunity to manage the club on a full-time basis next season.
"I say us because I wouldn't be able to do this job without both head coach Matt McEntegart and first team coach Paul Barnes. They are the brains behind all the work we do on the training field, so I prefer us to be known as the management team.
"All three of our skill sets compliment each other and we all bring something different to the table. I truly believe the three of us can create something special here at Welling, starting with securing our safety this Saturday!
"I really hope the fans get right behind the team this weekend and help to push us over the finish line against Southport. Then we can look forward to another season in the Conference Premier next season."
