Police caught a speeding driver less than every three minutes on average during a routine check.
Kent Police's Roads Policing Unit set up on roads around Kings Hill to carry out speed checks last Wednesday.
In the space of an hour the force caught 21 cars travelling at more than the 30mph speed limit.
The fastest offender was driving at 50mph.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "Between midday and 1pm, 21 cars exceeding the 30mph speed limit were stopped and the drivers received fixed penalty notices."
