Arrests after security van driver blackmailed in Larkfield

Police investigating the blackmail of a security driver have arrested two men.
On Wednesday, November 1, a security van driver returned to his car in London Road, Larkfield.
When he returned, he discovered a demand for cash had been placed in the door.
It is alleged the message also contained threats of harm.
No money was stolen during the incident.
On Monday, two men, aged 32 and 57-years-old, were arrested on suspicion of blackmail.
The pair, who are both from the Hastings area, have been released pending further investigation.
