One of the UK's most promising musical talents is performing in Kings Hill this weekend.
Katie Kittermaster, who has garnered attention from New York record companies, will be performing at The Spitfire on Saturday.
The teenager from Hawkhurst is one of a line-up to perform at the Upstairs@The Spitfire event.
She will perform T Shirt, which won her the Commonwealth Song Contest, along with more of her original songs.
Clive Mallard, promoter and co-founder of the event said: "I am so excited Katie is performing.
"There are so few opportunities for emerging artists to play their own songs in or local areas.
"Most music events rely solely on covers and well-known songs. It is so important to celebrate new creative talent and to be able to listen live to different sounds and we are looking to fill that gap."
Jack Bowden will headline the event, with performances also coming from the KM Group's own Chris Hunter (listen here) and London singer songwriter Trishanne.
