Two people have been taken to hospital after a car overturned near a sliproad on the M20.
The accident happened on the London-bound carriageway at Junction 4 for Snodland and Leybourne.
The car flipped near the exit sliproad.
An ambulance service spokesman said: "I can confirm one patient has been taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital with injuries including back pain.
"A second person has been taken to Maidstone Hospital."
Motorists were initially being diverted up to the roundabout and then back onto the motorway.
The sliproad was then closed and the inside lane of four was shut off but the rest of the main carriageway was reopened.
Queues of four miles stretched back towards Maidstone.
By 10am, the car had been recovered.
