Borough Green: Crews tackling fire in Wrotham Road field

Firefighters have tackled a blaze which broke out in a Wrotham field.
Crews were called to the fire in, Borough Green Road, just after 12.30pm.
An eyewitness said plumes of smoke could be seen coming from the site.
A Kent Fire and Rescue spokesman said the area ablaze was around 50m by 50m.
A hose reel jet and beaters were used to extinguish the flames.
The area was made safe just before 2pm when crews left.
