Hildenborough’s Dame Kelly Holmes - double Olympic champion - to start the Run Kent Half Marathon in Tonbridge

Double Olympic gold-winning athlete Dame Kelly Holmes will be cheering on thousands of runners this morning taking part in a half marathon.
The Hildenborough star will be the official starter of the Run Kent Tonbridge Half Marathon which gets under way at 9am this morning.
Organisers, RunThrough Events, say they expect some 2,000 participants to take part in the 13-mile race, alongside shorter 5k and 10k events.
Runners get under way at The Judd School, in Tonbridge.
Dame Kelly - now 54 - won the 800m and 1,500m gold at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.
