A car got stuck on a bank after attempting to drive around a bus in a narrow section of road.
The two left hand wheels of a Nissan Juke became wedged on the bank, which has a metal fence at the top, after trying to manoeuvre around the double decker on a tight corner in Burham this afternoon.
The car was stuck for around half an hour. Video: Emma Louise
A video has captured the sticky situation, which sees people gathered around and inspecting the car in Pilgrims Way, to see what can be done to help. The bus also stopped.
Witnesses speculate the wheel arches might have got caught on the metal fencing, preventing the driver from moving.
Residents have highlighted the corner as being a particular tricky one to get around when two vehicles pass one another.
One Facebook user said: "I dread meeting a bus on that corner."
Police were on the scene and a spokesman said: "We were called to a report that a vehicle had collided with a fence in Pilgrims Way, Burham at 11.55am.
"Officers attended and assisted in clearing the road. No injuries were reported."
Emma Louise, who saw the incident, says the car was stuck for about half an hour.
