Burglars have stolen presents from under a Christmas tree and three cars from a family's drive.
Police are trying to track down thieves who broke into a home in Veles Road, Snodland after burglars broke in to a family home at around 4am on Monday morning, taking presents, a tablet and car keys.
The victims, who have asked to remain anonymous, say they no longer feel safe in their own home.
It is another theft from a Snodland cul-de-sac, after unlocked cars were targeted earlier this month.
County-wide there were been 324 residential burglaries between December 3 and December 17.
A relative of the family said: "It's awful. Nobody should have to feel like this, but that's what these people do to their victims.
"I'm just happy no one was hurt.
"A few items such as Christmas cards were found down the road, they must have been looking for money and thrown the cards away.
"Luckily not all of the presents were under the Christmas tree, so they haven't taken them all."
During the burglary a white Audi A6, a blue Ford Galaxy and a red Seat Ibiza were all stolen.
The relative added: "They managed to get in, take the keys and move all three cars off the driveway.
"The police were really quick in getting the message out to their cameras, but we think the number plates must have been swapped as nothing has come up yet."
Police have found a number of stolen items dumped on the streets of Snodland, which are not thought to have been taken from the property in Veles Road.
Cars in Ritch Road, Cox's Close and Dowling Close are among those that were targeted.
Sunglasses and cash were taken from unlocked cars overnight, however things appear to have taken a more serious tone.
It is not known if the thefts are connected with the burglary.
Anyone with any information that could assist officers with these investigations or if you recognise any of the items in the images and can prove they belong to you is urged to contact your local police station.
