Firefighters were called to a car alight on the hard shoulder of the M20.

It broke out shortly before 9.15am on the London-bound carriageway between junction 4 for Leybourne and junction 3 for Borough Green.

A lane has been closed while emergency services attend.

A crew from Larkfield was called and firefighters wearing breathing apparatus are tackling the blaze.

Highways England has also been called.
