A woman was cut free and a man flown to hospital after a three-vehicle collision in Plaxtol Lane, Plaxtol

A woman had to be cut free from her car and a man was airlifted to hospital after an accident in Plaxtol.
It happened in Plaxtol Lane at just after noon yesterday and involved a van and two cars.
Firefighters used hydraulic rescue equipment to cut the woman free from one of the cars. A man was taken to hospital by the air ambulance. His injuries are not yet known.
Two women were also treated by paramedics.
Steve Demetriou, Kent Fire and rescue director reminded people to take extra care on the roads during the four-day strike by fire crews.
"Please stick to the speed limits and drive according to the road conditions especially as rain is forecast on Sunday and Monday,” he said.
The action ends at 6pm on Tuesday.
