The handsets were taken from a display in the Tesco in Lunsford Park, Larkfield, at 4.23pm on Saturday.
It is reported a member of staff was threatened when attempts were made to challenge the suspects as they left the premises.
Police were called and identified a vehicle linked to the theft.
They tracked and followed it to Sidcup where two men were arrested.
Ion Ion, 29, of Roxwell Road, Barking, Greater London and Samson Busuioc, 27, of Green Lane, Dagenham, Essex, have been charged with theft.
