A crash involving three vehicles caused long delays on the M20 this evening.

Police were called shortly after 5pm following reports of the collision on the coastbound carriageway between junctions 3 and 4.

A police spokesman confirmed no serious injuries have been reported.

Highways officers are dealing with the incident.

But drivers have been warned to expect long delays with traffic moving slowly past the incident.

The road has since reopened with traffic moving normally.
