A woman who is donating a kidney to a poorly neighbour has been given a special present thanks to kmfm's Make Someone's Christmas.
Nikki Moore from Kings Hill will undergo surgery this month so her neighbour can have a transplant after being very ill for the past two years.
The mum-of-four, who is a clinical support worker at Tunbridge Wells hospital, was nominated by her friend Louise Hardy.
