Firefighters free pensioner trapped in car after crash near Hadlow

A pensioner was left trapped after a two-car crash near Hadlow this morning.
The collision happened on the A26 Tonbridge Road near the junction with Bourne Grange Lane just after 8.30am, leaving a woman in her 80s trapped by her injuries.
Firefighters stablised the vehicle and used hydraulic rescue equipment to remove the roof.
The woman, another pensioner also in his 80s and a third person were taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital.
None of their injuries were thought to be serious. The road was reopened at 10.53am.
