Trains will be unable to call at a station in Kent for more than a week while vital maintenance work is carried out.
East Malling station, in High Street, East Malling, will be shut in May for "much-needed repairs" to the platform steps.
The stop will be closed for eight days, from Monday, May 9, to the following Monday, May 16.
Southeastern tweeted saying: "This is due to much needed repairs to the station steps."
Instead of catching a train from their regular stop, commuters and passengers will have to take a bus shuttle service that will operate between East Malling and West Malling.
A spokesman for Southeastern said: "Unfortunately we’ve got to close East Malling station to passengers between 9-16 May.
"During a routine inspection, railway staff found that repairs needed to be made to the stairs leading to the station platforms.
"Our colleagues at Network Rail have already made temporary repairs, and will be returning to make permanent repairs.
"During the closure, trains won’t stop at the station, but a bus shuttle service will operate between East Malling and West Malling where our passengers can join or alight trains."
