Teen killed after M20 bridge fall named as Paul Bradshaw
12:03, 20 April 2018
Friends of a teenager killed on the M20 have called him "funny, kind, caring and honest".
Paul Bradshaw, 18, died on earlier this month after falling from Lunsford Lane bridge in Larkfield, near Maidstone.
Flowers have been left on the bridge in tribute to the teenager following his death on April 7.
Close friend Charlie Duffield wrote the following tribute to Paul: "I am missing you like crazy. You have meant the entire world to me, since the day I met you. You would always put others before yourself, and you would do anything for anyone.
"This hurts, I know you said you would be there in my heart, helping me through the difficult times but I would much rather you be here with me. I love you so much Paul, and thank you for everything you have done.
"You had a heart of gold, and was just amazing in every single way. I bet you're now up there singing your favourite song, Hello by Adele, out of tune like you use to do here.
"You had a beautiful personality; funny, kind, caring, and honest. You were good looking, you were fun to be around. I feel honoured that we spent your last day together.
"I remember every single memory and days we had together. It really sucks you had to go, as you deserved so much in life, and had full potential. Love you loads Paul, rest in peace and I'll come visit you as much as I can."
More flowers have been left on the bridge, near junction four for Leybourne, following the death at around 10.50pm.
A message left at the bridge read: "Dear Paul, always remember the happy times."
Another read: "I'll always miss you man. The gym will never be the same again."
It is thought the teenager fell from the bridge before he was hit by a Tesco lorry.
The supermarket chain says it is helping police with inquiries after the tragic incident.
Police are not treating the death as suspicious, but continue to appeal for the public's help.
Witnesses can call the appeal line on 01622 798538 quoting AW/JH/52/18. Alternatively they can email sciu.td@kent.pnn.police.uk.
