Voyeur Jordan Brachio, from Burham, secretly filmed women in bathroom

A 24-year-old man who secretly recorded a woman in the bathroom of a property in Eccles has avoided jail.

Jordan Brachio, of Court Road, Burham, admitted three counts of voyeurism when he appeared before Maidstone magistrates.

At his sentencing, the court heard he had recorded his first victim at the Eccles house between 2010 and this year.

His activities were discovered in February when, at a different house, another victim went to use the bathroom and the defendant then asked if he could use it before her.

When she returned she found a phone set to record hidden in the folds of a dressing gown.

Police seized the father-of-one’s laptop and found two further videos.

Brachio was handed a two-year community order with 80 hours of unpaid workand a 50-day rehabilitation requirement.

He must also pay £250 to each of his victims and a victim surcharge of £85.

He will be required to report regularly to Maidstone Police Station for the next five years.
