Sylvia Whibley, from East Malling, named as woman killed in crash on Cranbrook Road, Tenterden

An elderly woman killed in a two-car crash can be named for the first time.
Sylvia Whibley, 82, from East Malling, died after the Peugeot Independence she was travelling in collided with a Nissan Qashqai in Cranbrook Road, Tenterden.
Mrs Whibley, who was a passenger in the car, died at the scene.
A poignant note was left at the roadside days after the crash, which happened at around 5pm on Saturday, April 13.
Kent Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses to come forward.

An inquest into Mrs Whibley's death will open on April 30.
