Woman taken to hospital after e-scooter 'hit and run' in Swan Street, West Malling

Police are looking for a man who hit a woman while riding an e-scooter and failed to stop.
The woman was taken to hospital after being hit in Swan Street, West Malling, at around 9.50pm on Saturday night.
She was a pedestrian and needed medical attention after being knocked over.
Police were called to the scene where it was made clear the rider of the e-scooter, a man, failed to stop and fled the scene towards East Malling.
Officers are now trying to track him down.
A police spokesman said: "Inquiries are underway to identify the scooter rider and anyone with information that may assist the investigation should call 01622 604100, quoting reference 18-1476."
The woman's injuries aren't described as life-threatening.
