Police arrest teenager from Sittingbourne on suspicion of murder after Gillingham boy died

Detectives have arrested another boy on suspicion of murder following the death of Medway teenager, Kyle Yule.
Officers from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate arrested a 15-year-old boy on suspicion of murder yesterday.
The teenager, who is from Sittingbourne, has now been bailed until Tuesday, November 21, while officers continue their inquiries.
Officers launched a murder investigation after police were called to East Street, Gillingham, at 8.10pm, on Friday, October 6, after 17-year-old Kyle, who was from Gillingham, was fatally stabbed.
A number of people were reported to be causing criminal damage to a silver Renault Clio shortly before Kyle was stabbed, he later died in hospital.
As part of the investigation officers have already charged three people and made a number of arrests.
Victor Maibvisira, 19, of St Johns Road, Gillingham, was previously charged with murder and one count of affray after being arrested by officers on Tuesday, October 10, in Woolwich, London.
He appeared before Maidstone Crown Court and was remanded and is next due to appear before there on Tuesday, November 14.
A 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named due to his age, was also charged with murder and one count of affray on Wednesday, October 18.
The boy, who is also from Sittingbourne, appeared before Maidstone Crown Court on Monday, October 23, and was remanded to next appear at the same court on Tuesday, November 14.
A 17-year-old boy also from the Gillingham area was previously charged with threatening a person with a bladed article in a public place in connection with a separate incident in Gillingham Road, Gillingham, on October 1.
He appeared in a youth court at Medway Magistrates’ Court, on Tuesday, October 17, where he pleaded guilty to the charge.
He was remanded and is next due to appear before the court on Tuesday, November 7 to be sentenced.
Two 20-year-old men and one 15-year-old teenage boy, all from the Gillingham area have each been released under investigation.
Four other people from the Gillingham area, two teenagers aged 15 and 16-years-old and two men aged 18, have all been bailed until various dates in November.
