Police have confirmed a missing teenage girl has been found safe and well.

The alarm was raised after the 14-year-old girl disappeared from the Main Road area of Hoo on Wednesday.

In an appeal to help find her, Investigators said she may have travelled to the Maidstone or Chatham areas.

They have since confirmed she has been found safe, and thanked everyone who shared the appeal.
