Appointments for women’s breast screening today in Strood and Bluewater have been cancelled due to the weather conditions.
Medway NHS Foundation Trust have apologised to patients who were due to have an appointment today in the mobile breast screening vans behind the Civic Centre in Strood and at Bluewater.
Some outpatients appointments at Medway Maritime Hospital were all cancelled today because doctors could not get to Gillingham.
Tomorrow's appointments at Bluewater and Darenth Valley Hospital were also called off.
A spokesman said: “We would like to apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
“Everyone who had appointments for today will be contacted in due course to reschedule.”
Meanwhile, Chief Constable Mike Fuller has postponed a planned visit to Greenacre School and the Weedswood estate in Chatham this afternoon.
He hopes to rearrange the visit at a later date.
