Man arrested after road rage incident in Sundridge Hill, A228, Cuxton

A man was arrested and another taken to hospital after being hit by a car during a road rage incident.
Emergency services were called to Sundridge Hill, Cuxton at 7.35pm last night to a report of a collision and dispute between two drivers.
A passer-by, who did not wish to be named, said they saw a person lying in the middle of the road surrounded by a group of people, between the turn-offs for Ranscombe Farm and the waste and recycling centre.
A 50-year-old man was hit by a car and taken to Medway Maritime Hospital with leg and arm injuries.
A 55-year-old man from Snodland was arrested on suspicion of assault and has been released on bail until December 8.
The road was closed while the incident was dealt with.
