A Medway beautician is still waiting to have her Facebook business account reinstated despite the social media giant admitting it had been "disabled in error".
Gemma Cole's page was blocked on the grounds of breaching "rules on nudity and sexual activity" when she posted a picture of a semi-nude model to promote breast cancer awareness.
But at the same time it took down her business page which she had built up over nine years and gathered 4,280 followers.
Gemma, 37, who runs Beautiful You from her Lordswood home, believes the mistake has cost her business and clients.
After being contacted by KentOnline a spokesman issued an apology and added it had "now been restored".
But Gemma is still unable to edit and post, access followers or advertise on her page.
Operating principally through the platform, she is currently unable to contact clients, including brides who have booked wedding packages and customers who have paid deposits for treatments.
Gemma, married to ground worker Richard, 39, and mum to Charlie, eight, said: "It's a nightmare, inconvenience all round."
