Today marks one week since the 32-year-old from Medway fell from the M2 Bridge in Rochester.
Police were called to the crossing at 11.20pm on Wednesday, July 31.
Police helicopters and marine units have been searching the River Medway between Rochester and Strood for the past few days.
Earlier today his family had organised a search party and paid loving tribute to Mr Angell.
His sister Holly previously said: "The man that jumped from this bridge in the early hours on August 1, was more than a jumper, he was my brother, the most caring, kind, soft-hearted soul you could come across."
