09:00, 13 November 2014

A sweet shop is holding a political poll... with multicoloured Bon Bons.

Sweet Expectations in Rochester High Street has a display in its window with jars representing five of the parties running in the upcoming Rochester by-election, as well as an “I don’t know” category for their customers to place a vote.

Each of the parties has been assigned a different colour, blue for Conservatives, red for Labour and so on.

Ukip may have their own sweet expectations ahead of the election as they currently have the most Bon Bons, but “I don’t know” is also a popular choice.

Britain First are not represented with the sugary treats.
