Gillingham burglary suspects arrested after police find 50 milk cartons reportedly taken from High Street business

A pair of burglary suspects are being questioned after officers allegedly found them with 50 cartons of milk.
Officers were called to a suspected break-in at a business in Gillingham High Street at 3.30am today.
It was said the two men had fled the scene carrying black sacks after an alarm was heard sounding from the building.
Police managed to locate two men and arrested them near the scene after using CCTV footage captured by operatives manning the cameras.
During a search, officers reportedly recovered the small cartons of milk from two suspects.
A man aged in his 30s and another in his 40s were arrested on suspicion of burglary. Both are currently in police custody.
