Cafes at several train stations across the county have closed.
Seizure notices have been placed at Beezoo Espresso Bars at Maidstone East, Rochester and Bromley South.
In June, KentOnline reported a member of staff saying they had been affected by the constant run of rail strikes where stations had been closed for days at a time.
The family-run business operates at Southeastern stations across the region providing hot drinks, snacks and sandwiches to thousands of passengers.
It is thought to employ up to 50 people.
Last month announcements were posted outside saying: “These premises have been seized on the authority of the landlord.”
Marion Shaw, manager of the Rochester kiosk, said during industrial action: "On the day we did open, we might as well have not because there were no customers.
"I’m not sure what the mornings are like at the moment but one afternoon it was like a ghost town."
The 26-year-old told how sales were down at least 80% on the first strike day and said it "has really impacted the business".
Network Rail has been approached for comment.
KentOnline was unable to contact the owners of Beezoo Espresso Bars which has a registered office listed as in Tonbridge.
