Three people have been hurt in a crash on the Medway City Estate in Strood.
Police were called to Anthonys Way, opposite McDonald's, at 11.25am.
Three cars were involved. One of them, a blue BMW, ended up down the grass bank opposite the drive-through and hit a sign post and a tree.
The driver of the vehicle, a woman whose age is unknown, suffered a back injury and it is thought she was initially unconscious following the collision.
Firefighters had to use hydraulic cutting equipment to free the woman from her car.
Two other drivers suffered minor injuries.
The road was closed between the Medway Tunnel roundabout and the roundabout at the junction with Whitewall Road, causing long delays.
