Car overturns in dramatic crash with tipper truck in New Road in Chatham

This is the dramatic scene after a car landed on its roof in a crash with a tipper truck in Chatham today.
The vehicle flipped over on busy New Road in the smash at about 12.30pm.
Paramedics attended and a man and woman were taken to hospital with what were thought to be minor injuries.
Two lanes of New Road towards Rochester remained closed while the vehicles were recovered.
