A car rolled down a hill and crashed injured two people and hit a wall after its handbrake failed.
Firefighters and ambulance crews were called out to Berber Road at its junction with Cliffe Road, Strood, after a driver and another person were hurt.
The accident happened shortly before 1pm.
Firefighters called to the scene administered first aid to the two people until ambulance crews arrived and took over.
Two fire engines attended the scene and crews left the area at about 2.40pm.
It is not thought the two people suffered serious injuries during the accident.
