A teenager has been arrested following the theft of a car from a cemetery which led to a police chase.
A Ford Focus was stolen from the site in Maidstone Road, Chatham, at around 1.50pm on Wednesday.

They requested the driver to stop, however he continued and was pursued into Dartford, where the Ford was safely bought to a stop near Baldwyn’s Park, Bexley.
Following the incident, a 16-year-old boy from Chatham was arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drink or drugs, theft of a motor vehicle, failing to stop when requested to do so, dangerous driving and failing to provide a breath test.
He has since been bailed until March 17, pending further enquiries.
