The competition - dubbed the world cup of cathedral organs - was started by user Dan Soper.

Rochester are currently leading in the quarter final battle, with voting set to close at 11am tomorrow.

The organ at the Boley Hill site dates back from 1791, but has been modified several times, with the last major rebuild in 1989. There are now 88 stops and 3,808 pipes.

While at York Minster there's had more than 5,000 pipes removed over the past year for refurbishment.

So far, hundreds have cast there vote. You can vote here.
