Tom Dallas has been going toe-to-toe with former English heavyweight champion John McDermott in preparation for one of his biggest tests yet.
Tom ‘The Bomb’ has been sparring in Crayford with McDermott and the Chatham boxer has completed 60 rounds in his build-up to face experienced southpaw Lee Swaby on Friday at Dagenham.
Swaby, from Lincoln, has had 51 professional fights with a mixed record of 25 wins, 24 defeats and two drawn contests.
Dallas (pictured) said: "I feel fit and can’t wait for the fight because I’ve been out of the ring for a while now."
