Youngster treated by paramedics after being struck by car in Corporation Street, Rochester

A child suffered minor injuries after being struck by a car in Corporation Street yesterday evening (Tuesday).
Kent Police was called at 5.21pm after the child were hit by a car on the Strood-bound side of the road near to the junction with Northgate.
The child was treated by paramedics for minor injuries and the road was partially blocked while the emergency services dealt with the incident.
A spokesman for police said: “South East Coast Ambulance Service attended and any injuries suffered were thought to have been minor.”
