Child injured at Strood Retail Park, in Commercial Road, after being hit by a car

Parts of Strood Retail Park were cordoned-off after a child was hit by a car.
An area near the Argos store at the park in Commercial Road, Strood had been taped off by police, earlier today.
The injured child is 11 years old, but her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Police and ambulance crews were sent to the scene at around 10.45am, and the youngster has now been taken to hospital.
Fire crews were also sent to the retail park.
