Child taken to hospital after being hit by car in Beechings Way, Twydall

A child has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car.
Police were called at around 3.30pm yesterday to Beechings Way in Twydall, near the junction with Monmouth Close, after reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian.
Paramedics also attended and a child was taken to a local hospital after injuries were reported.
A temporary road closure was put in place while the incident was responded to.
