Thieves entered a shop through the ceiling and made off with over £11,000 worth of cigarettes.
A group targeted supermarket McColls, in Albert Road, Chatham, in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
They lifted tiles off the roof and jumped into the store.
Shop manager Shashta Chapman said: "The same thing happened on August 24, they took the roof apart, jumped in and stole booze and cigarettes.
"But we found the booze on the roof, they must have left it because it was too heavy!
"This time they've stolen more than £11,000 of fags.
"We've got CCTV so we're giving that to the police and hopefully they'll be caught."
Police spokesman James Walker said: "At present no arrests have been made however officers are conducting ongoing inquiries."
It is not yet known whether the incident in August is linked to burglary yesterday.
The shop has now re-opened.
