Two cars caused tailback chaos after a crash on the A2.

This afternoon an incident along London Road, Rainham, meant motorists were only able to use one lane on the busy road.

A police spokesman said: "At around 1.30pm police were called to a collision involving two cars on the A2 London Road in Rainham.

"Officers attended the scene where no injuries were reported."
