Crash blocks A289 Wainscott bypass roundabout between Berwick Way and A228 into Strood

A crash has blocked a busy roundabout causing tailbacks into a town centre.
Police were called shortly after 11am to reports of a collision between a car and a lorry on the Wainscott bypass near Strood.
The incident on the roundabout between Berwick Way and the A228 left the road blocked for about an hour.
A police spokesman confirmed the scene was clear by 12.05pm.
No injuries were reported, police said.
